Vynka is a qualified Art Therapist offering individual and small group art therapy sessions and workshops in creativity, expressive art and healing art-making. All materials are provided and no art experience or skills are necessary. Vynka works from a client-centred, holistic and transpersonal approach and specialises in women and children from 6yrs+, boys up to 14yrs. Art Create Play Heal - Art Therapy is based in Perth, WA.

Art-making can bring relaxation, enlightenment, inspiration, boost confidence and improve well-being; and can also help to lessen stress, anxiety, grief, confusion and overwhelming emotions. Art Therapy focuses on the process of art-making rather than the finished product.
